Discount Amount
This promotional code entitles the bearer to $250 off the total treatment cost at the time of contract signing.
Eligibility
This discount is available to new patients of Massey Orthodontics who are current or former members of the KPA Warriors organization. Proof of KPA Warriors affiliation may be required at the time of the consultation or contract signing.
Usage Limitations
This discount may be used once per child across the full lifetime of that child’s treatment at Massey Orthodontics. It may not be applied to a second treatment phase, a separate treatment contract, or any other service if the discount has already been redeemed for that patient.
Redemption Window
The promotional discount must be mentioned at the initial consultation and applied at or before contract signing. Discount cannot be applied to children who have alrady started treatment. Treatment contracts must be signed no later than June 30, 2027. Discount after this date will not be honored.
General Conditions
This discount applies to comprehensive orthodontic treatment costs only and may not be applied to records fees, retainers, or other ancillary services unless otherwise noted.
This discount offer has no other cash value beyond a reduction in treatment costs and may not be combined with any other promotional offer, discount, or insurance adjustment unless expressly approved by Massey Orthodontics.
